# Analytics Reporting Guide

In the Co-Op, we don’t look at "vanity metrics." We look at the truth of how wealth is being generated. This guide explains how to read The Pulse and what to do when the numbers demand action.

---

## 1. The Master Metric: Source & Method

Aside from the ultimate 5X ROI, the #1 metric a member must check every week is Attribution.

The Question: Who brought in the lead, and how did they do it?

We track the "Circulation" of every lead to ensure the cooperative is working. We categorize every lead by:

* The "Who" (Source): Was this a Pulse-generated lead, a direct referral from another member, or an organic hit?

* The "How" (Method): Did they enter via a Facebook broadcast, an Instagram "Food Scene" feature, or a direct SMS re-engagement?

---

## 2. Reporting Frequency: Tailored to You

We don't believe in forcing data on people who aren't ready to read it. Your reporting preference is established during your Onboarding Interview with Marvin.

* Automated Weekly Pulse: A curated logic-report sent via email or SMS that summarizes the week's wins and attribution.

* Real-Time Dashboard: For members who want to see the "heartbeat" of their business as it happens, the Member Portal provides 24/7 access to live data.

## 3. The "Red Light" Protocol (Action Logic)

Data without a plan is just noise. If a metric is "Red," it means the math for your 5X ROI is at risk. Every Red metric is tied to a specific Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to fix it.

| Metric at Risk | The "Red Light" Signal | The SOP Fix |

| :--- | :--- | :--- |

| Lead Velocity | Traffic is high, but Marvin isn't capturing leads. | Action: Audit the Power Offer / Simplify the CTA. |

| Engagement Rate | Leads are coming in but not responding to Marvin. | Action: Adjust "The Vibe" scoring / Update SMS scripts. |

| Attribution Drop | Source data shows a lack of community-driven leads. | Action: Trigger a Pulse "Broadcast Refresh" for your niche. |

---

## 4. Transparency vs. Privacy

We maintain a "Chinese Wall" between individual business data and community intelligence.

* Individual Data: You see only your own detailed performance metrics, lead lists, and financial tracking. This is your private asset.

* Community Wins: The Co-Op regularly shares anonymized Chapter-Wide Metrics. We share the "Wins" (e.g., "The Austin Chapter hit a 7X ROI average this month") so you can benchmark your own performance against the collective success of the club.
