Marvin is the central intelligence of the Co-Op Business Club. He is not a generic chatbot; he is a specialized AI agent designed to execute the P.A.S.S. Framework and manage the lifecycle of every lead within the cooperative.

Marvin’s "brain" is built on the advanced language models provided through the GoHighLevel (GHL) ecosystem.

* The Engine: Marvin is currently powered by the ChatGPT integration within GHL, allowing him to leverage industry-leading natural language processing.

* Speed & Scale: By living natively inside our CRM, Marvin has zero-latency access to lead data, custom fields, and communication history.

Marvin is wherever the prospects are. He monitors and responds across all primary communication channels in real-time:

* Web: Chat Widget & Live Chat

* Mobile: SMS & WhatsApp

* Social: Facebook Messenger & Instagram DMs

## 3. Human Escalation & Notifications

Marvin is designed to handle the "heavy lifting" of conversation, but he knows when a human touch is required.

* The Trigger: If a lead explicitly requests a human or asks a complex question outside of the current SOP parameters, Marvin initiates a hand-off.

* Notifications: An *internal GHL notification** is triggered.

An *SMS alert** is sent directly to the designated Process Owner (Member or Ambassador).

* Context Transfer: Marvin maintains the chat history so the human owner can step in with full context of the conversation.

Marvin operates on a "Fixed Framework, Dynamic Execution" model.

* The Framework (Fixed): Marvin strictly follows the P.A.S.S. (Prospect, Acquire, Sell, Support) stages. This flow is the logical foundation of the Co-Op and does not change.
