# GHL Setup

This page serves as the technical blueprint for our GoHighLevel (GHL) infrastructure. The goal is to maximize the platform's utility through deep integration of custom values, fields, and tags.

---

## 1. The Custom Architecture

We do not limit ourselves to a subset of GHL features. We utilize the entirety of the GHL stack to ensure the system performs at its highest theoretical level.

* Custom Values: Used for "Global" changes across funnels and communications (e.g., Brand Name, Power Offer text, CTA links).

* Custom Fields: Used to store specific "Member Logic" extracted during the Marvin Interview.

* Tags: Used as the primary "Logic Switches" for automation workflows and lead segmenting.

---

## 2. Snapshot Strategy: "Clone & Fit"

We do not build from scratch for every member. We use a System Snapshot model to ensure speed and reliability.

1. The Master Library: We maintain a library of industry-specific snapshots:

* Agency Snapshot (For Main Ambassadors)

* Giveaway Snapshot (For lead-gen campaigns)

* Law Firm Snapshot

* Local Merchant Snapshot

* Additional industry-specific snapshots as needed.

2. The Deployment: A snapshot is cloned into the member’s sub-account.

3. The Fitting: Tech team members "fit" the snapshot by mapping the custom fields and values derived from the Marvin AI interview.

---

## 3. The Pulse: Traffic & Visibility

"The Pulse" is the independent data engine of the Co-Op.

* Independence: The Pulse operates as a standalone system to provide the Co-Op and its Agency members with high-level traffic and performance data.

* Integration: Critical data from The Pulse is shared back to the Member’s dashboard.

* Roadmap: The exact method of embedding (iframe vs. API) for the final member UI is currently TBD.

---

## 4. Lead Flow & The "Holy Grail" Tag

To maintain order within the CRM, we use a specific trigger for AI intervention.

* The Trigger Tag: assigned-to-marvin-ai

* The Logic: Once this tag is applied to a contact (either manually or via workflow), Marvin AI takes full ownership of the lead.

* Ownership: Marvin will engage, nurture, and guide the lead through the pipeline until the "Desired CTA" is achieved or the lead is reassigned.
