# Automation Workflows

Automation workflows are the connective tissue of the Co-Op. They are designed to enforce our "No Friction" philosophy while managing the complex logic of a multi-member cooperative.

---

## 1. The Zero-Friction Mandate

Our #1 goal in every workflow is the total elimination of friction. We actively design systems to avoid:

* Redundancy: No asking for the same info twice.

* Delays: Immediate AI response is the standard.

* Human Bottlenecks: No waiting for a human to "approve" a lead before the value starts flowing.

* Form Fatigue: We prioritize conversational data gathering over long, static forms.

---

## 2. Lead Scoring & "The Vibe"

We don't treat all leads the same. We use GHL’s lead scoring to understand the "vibe" of a prospect based on their history within the Co-Op ecosystem.

* Community Referral Logic: A prospect who has already successfully engaged with other Co-Op members receives a higher priority score.

* Prioritization: Marvin uses these scores to adjust his tone and urgency. A lead referred by a trusted member is treated with an "inner circle" level of service from the first message.

* Awareness: The system tracks which Power Offers a lead has already seen to avoid repetitive or conflicting messaging.

---

## 3. Multi-Funnel Management & The "Dead Lead" Protocol

In the Co-Op, a lead is not "owned" by a single list. A single prospect can be active in multiple funnels (e.g., a Law Firm funnel and a Local Merchant funnel) at different stages simultaneously.

* Funnel-Specific Protocols: If a lead stops responding in one funnel, they follow that specific funnel's re-engagement SOP (reactivation campaign protocols).

* The "Stop" Rule: We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. A lead is only removed from the ecosystem if they explicitly request it. When they "unsubscribe," we oblige immediately and globally across the network to maintain community trust.

* Persistence: Unless they opt-out, we maintain a "Support to Evangelical" focus, shifting leads between funnels as their business needs evolve.

---

## 4. Reporting & Integration

While workflows handle the action, the data is aggregated for human and AI review.

* Separate Processing: The logic for "doing" (workflows) and "reporting" (The Pulse) are separate processes to ensure system speed.

* The Review Dashboard: These processes meet in a centralized Review Dashboard where members and Ambassadors can see the literal "Pulse" of their leads’ movement through the stages.
