Chapter Management

# Chapter Management

Co-Op chapters are designed to provide the "Human Element" of the cooperative while Marvin AI handles the technical execution. We avoid the rigid, high-pressure rules of traditional networking in favor of a value-driven community.

---

## 1. Meeting Rhythm: Connection over Quotas

We do not believe in mandatory weekly 6:00 AM meetings. Value, not force, is what keeps members engaged.

* Monthly Socials: Every chapter holds at least one primary in-person social event per month. The focus is on relationship building and high-level strategy sharing.

* Special Events: Chapters may host quarterly workshops, guest speaker sessions, or local community "Power Offer" clinics.

* Digital Hub: Ongoing interaction occurs within the chapter’s dedicated digital channel, where members can collaborate daily.

---

## 2. The Main Ambassador: The Brand’s North Star

The Main Ambassador is more than a manager; they are the "Charismatic Person" of the local brand. Their primary duties include:

* Growth & Recruiting: Actively identifying and inviting high-quality local businesses that align with our core values.

* Venue & Vibes: Organizing local meeting spots that reflect the professional yet innovative nature of the Co-Op.

* Culture Carrier: Ensuring the local chapter stays focused on first principles and avoiding "agency-style" extraction.

* Onboarding Bridge: Providing the human welcome that complements Marvin's technical onboarding.

---

## 3. The "Open Category" Logic

Unlike BNI, we do not limit a chapter to one business per category. We believe in abundance and specialization.

* Differentiation: Two businesses in the same industry (e.g., two HVAC companies) often have different Power Offers, price points, or service specialties.

* Marvin’s Matching: Marvin AI acts as a neutral "Truth Seeker." When a prospect enters the network, Marvin analyzes their specific needs and guides them to the member whose specialization and Power Offer are the best fit.

* Collaboration: We encourage members in the same industry to collaborate on large projects or refer "out of scope" work to one another.

---

## 4. Chapter Launch & Velocity

We do not focus on a "Minimum Member Count" to launch. Instead, we measure Velocity.

* The Velocity Number: A chapter is considered viable based on the amount of "Money or Influence" currently active.

* ROI Focus: A launch must be able to return a 5X ROI for the founding agency member. If the network lacks the initial momentum to sustain this, we focus on building influence before a formal launch.

* No Network, No Cash: We recognize that without a solid base of influence, a chapter cannot thrive. Launching is a strategic decision based on data, not a calendar date.
