# Onboarding Process

The Co-Op onboarding process is designed to move a member from "joined" to "live and operational" with minimal friction and maximum AI-driven precision.

---

## Phase 1: The Intake (The First 48 Hours)

Immediately upon joining, the "Step 1" is not a form, but an Interview with Marvin AI. Marvin interacts with the member (and/or their designated point person) to extract the core logic of their business.

Outputs of the Marvin Interview:

* The P.A.S.S. Framework: Mapping the Prospect, Acquire, Sell, and Support stages.

* The Power Offer: Defining the high-value proposition that makes the member's business irresistible.

* The Desired CTA: Determining the exact action we want prospects to take (e.g., Book a Call, Buy Now, Visit Shop).

---

## Phase 2: Technical Deployment & SOP Generation

Once Marvin has the business logic, he moves into deployment. We use GHL Custom Values, Fields, and Tags as the architecture to ensure the system is scalable and organized.

1. SOP Production: Marvin generates a series of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to the member’s business.

2. Verification: These SOPs are completed and verified to ensure we can:

* Generate and place content across relevant channels.

* Engage with leads on all platforms (SMS, Email, Social).

* Initialize the AI lead-engagement sequence.

3. The Pulse Integration: The member’s data tracking is mapped to "The Pulse" dashboard for real-time visibility.

---

## Phase 3: The Human Touch (Ambassador Welcome)

While Marvin handles the technical heavy lifting, the Main Ambassador (or the referring member) provides the community connection.

* Prompted Engagement: Ambassadors are automatically prompted to reach out to their new referrals.

* Methodology: Reach-out methods are flexible (TBD based on chapter preference) but focus on welcoming the member into the local chapter ecosystem.

---

## Phase 4: The 7-Day Win

The goal is to reach the "Marvin Live" milestone within the first week.

The "Win":

By day 7, Marvin AI is live and actively engaging with leads on the network. The member should see Marvin guiding prospects and clients through the entire pipeline—effectively acting as a 24/7 sales and support agent—freeing the member to focus on their core operations.

---

## Technical Appendix (For Internal Use)

The cornerstone of this process relies on:

Standardized *GHL Custom Values** for rapid funnel population.

* Tag-based automation triggers for Marvin's engagement.

* Internal SOPs (currently being refined in-house) for quality control.
