# Local Hero Funnel

The Local Hero Funnel is the primary growth engine of the Co-Op Business Club. It is designed to position the business owner as the definitive local authority while using Marvin AI to remove the friction of lead conversion.

We do not believe in complex, deceptive marketing "hacks."

* The Hook: We present the member as a Hero with a simple, transparent Power Offer.

* The Logic: "We have X, you need Y, here is how you get it."

* The Lead Magnets: While we use traditional tools like giveaways or free audits, we treat them strictly as Retargeting Tools. Their sole purpose is to restart engagement and open the door for Marvin AI to begin the conversation.

The funnel doesn't sit idle waiting for visitors; it is actively broadcasted via The Pulse.

* Omnichannel Broadcasting: The Pulse broadcasts the member’s Power Offer messaging across all controlled platforms based on specific SOPs.

* Tiered Paid Media: While organic reach is foundational, paid media is scaled based on the member's tier.

* Higher Tiers: More ad types across a wider range of channels.

* Lower Tiers: Focused, high-efficiency local targeting.

In the Co-Op, a "funnel" is a sequence of logic, not necessarily a sequence of web pages. The journey can happen via SMS, social DM, or a landing page.

1. Engagement: The prospect interacts with the Power Offer or lead magnet.

2. Introduction to Marvin: Marvin AI immediately takes over the conversation to qualify the lead and provide "Truth-Seeking" value.

3. Successful Pass Off: Marvin guides the prospect to the "Desired CTA" (Sale, Booking, or Visit).

4. Support to Evangelical Level: Once the prospect becomes a client, the system continues to support them until they become an "evangelist" for the member’s business.
