# Update Protocols

To maintain the integrity of our systems and ensure a "Truth-Seeking" environment, all changes to the Co-Op infrastructure must follow these strict protocols.

---

## 1. GHL & Technical Configuration

Access to the GoHighLevel (GHL) backend, automation workflows, and custom field structures is restricted.

* The Tech Team Only: Settings in GHL are changed exclusively by the central tech team.

* Ambassador/Member Role: Ambassadors and members do not have "administrative edit" access to the core GHL infrastructure. This prevents system drift and ensures that "The Pulse" data remains accurate across all chapters.

* Documentation: Any structural change to GHL must be mirrored in the [GHL Setup](https://wiki.coopbusinessclub.com/post/ghl-setup) page of this wiki.

---

## 2. AI Logic & Ethical Verification

Marvin's "brain" is subject to continuous refinement.

* Recursive Verification: When Marvin’s prompt or logic is updated, the AI is tasked with verifying its own logic against the "Core Values" of the club.

* The "Don't Be Evil" Check: Marvin must confirm that any new instruction does not violate member privacy, data sanctity, or the "Member-First" wealth-building principle.

* Self-Correction: If a logic update creates a conflict with a first principle, the update is flagged for human tech review before going live.

---

## 3. Member Feedback & Evolution

The Co-Op is a living organism that evolves based on member success.

* Feedback Portal: A dedicated feedback system within the Members Portal is scheduled for rollout later in 2026.

* Vetting: Suggestions for new features (e.g., "The Pulse should track X") will be vetted against our "No Part is Best Part" rule. If it adds value without adding unnecessary complexity, it moves to the dev queue.

---

## 4. Version Control (The Roadmap)

We treat the Co-Op Business Club as a "Product" with a clear versioning path:

* v1.0 (Current): Focus on the Austin Launch (Jan 29, 2026) and the deployment of the P.A.S.S. Framework and basic Marvin engagement.

* v1.5: Automated scaling of local chapters and refinement of the Ambassador recruiting systems.

* v2.0 (Planned): Full integration of the Members Portal, automated feedback loops, and multi-chapter national networking.
